Week 4
Ran with my phone after a long time. Running and EDM combine really well. I forgot to hit finish on Strava when I stopped running.
Did grocery shopping after some time today. I feel I haven't been eating properly for the past few weeks. Not planning lunch or dinner, only thinking about it when I get really hungry. For breakfast, I was eating a Pain au chocolat and then think about lunch around 3pm when I get really hungry. Hopefully this week I eat on time now that I have multiple options in the kitchen!
I got a sample of Sauvage and Miss Dior on my recent Boots order. Both are exceptional. I'm wearing Le Male for the past few months, and these two are so different from it. Stronger too.
Watched Real Madrid: Until the End. Celebration equally important as the goal in football. Mbappe's goal against Real Madrid comes to mind. That's some gangster shit. I mean if you don't celebrate after the goal then what is even the point?
Club World Cup = actually good? I didn't want to like this tournament because I thought FIFA is doing this to grab money and attention from UCL, which is the biggest club tournament. But seeing how passionate the fans are from other continents changed my mind. European clubs maybe the best in the world but they are not the only ones.
Compiler development is going smooth. I'll start spending more time on the report next week onwards.
Attended a talk by Felienne where she talked about Feminism in Programming Language. I loved it! I especially liked the part where she talked about how the PL industry is obsessed with doing "hard" things. Why does that matter? Is the thing useful - that is a much better question. You might like her paper if you're interested in this topic!
2015 is only 5 months away. Let that sink in.
