Week 3

Massive progress in research project after switching to TypeScript. I now have a compiler that can compile artithmetic expression to WebAssembly and run them. I'm still relying on the JavaScript runtime to import WebAssembly and run the generated binary, and also for importing console.log to act as the print function. In the future, I would like to use WASI to print to standard output.
